The Elder Scrolls Online Celebrates Its 4th Birthday With XP Boost, In-Game Events

It's time to light up the candles to celebration The Elder Scrolls Online's 4th birthday now!

The Elder Scrolls Online is the first Elder Scrolls game that allows players to explore the legendary Elder Scrolls world with others. As it is turning into four years old, the developers are ready to light up the birthday candles.

Are you ready to celebrate the 4th birthday of The Elder Scrolls Online? Let's party together!

The anniversary celebrations begin on Wednesday, April 4, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, and continue until Monday, April 16, at the same time. During that time, players can get the "three-tiered Anniversary Jubilee Cake" to add to their mementos collections by completing the Ache for Cake quests. But it's not just a cake: Players who put it in front of themselves will receive a 100% XP bonus that can be shared with other players for two hours.

The event will also see players receive gifts in the form of anniversary crates just by completing Daily or Weekly quests. By the way, this is also normal rewards. These reward boxes contain crafting materials (ore, ingredients, runes, etc.) and a single rare crafting item (Nirncrux, style items, motif pages, etc.).

To help you identify what daily and weekly quests are available, we have also added the “Adventurer's Almanac, 2nd Edition" to the game, which contains all the information you need to know about the available weekly and daily quests, including their location, activity type, requirements, and recommended level of experience to complete. There's always adventure to be had in Tamriel, and now, you'll always be able to find it!

During these four years, we have been proud to be able to create some big-time milestones, including 10 million players last year. In other words, the ESO community has reached some of its own pretty amazing milestones. Here are the incredible in-game statistics from PC/Mac launch until today:
